Anyone who wants to determine the biological relationship between a child and alleged father can get a paternity test at Klariti .
Legal paternity testing is admissible in court and requires strict chain-of-custody procedures, while home paternity testing is for personal knowledge only and does not require a strict chain of custody. Klariti offers both types of tests.
DNA samples are collected using a simple buccal swab, which is painless and non-invasive. The swab is rubbed inside the mouth to collect cheek cells that contain DNA.
Terms and conditions
Binding Arbitration:
In the event of a dispute between you and Klariti, you agree to resolve all claims through confidential, binding arbitration on an individual basis. This means that group or class actions are not permitted. For more details on your agreement to arbitrate disputes with us, please refer to Section 19.
Cautions:
The accuracy of results may be influenced by how well the biological samples are collected according to provided instructions. By using Klariti’s services, you accept that errors caused by improper sample collection or non-adherence to guidelines are not our responsibility. We do not guarantee the complete accuracy or reliability of the results or their acceptance by any specific institution.

Certain Definitions:
Capitalized terms not defined where they first appear hold the following meanings:
(a) “Conditions” refers to these terms and conditions.
(b) “Contract” refers to any order placed for Klariti’s services.
(c) “Kits” are sample collection kits sent to you upon order confirmation or purchased separately.
(d) “Request Form” is the standard service order form provided on the Klariti website.
(e) “Service” includes all testing services offered by Klariti, such as paternity, DNA relationship, ancestry, skin care, and more.
(f) “Site” refers to the Klariti website and any other online platforms operated by the company.
(g) “You” refers to the individual ordering or using Klariti’s services and website.
Terms of Sale:
(a) These terms apply to all content on the Site and all Contracts, superseding any other terms you may attempt to include via a purchase order or form.
(b) By ordering through the Site, you agree to be legally bound to these Terms.
(c) All sales by Klariti adhere to these Terms, and any changes require written confirmation by a company director.
(d) You are responsible for determining if the Service suits your needs.
(e) Features and specifications of the Service are subject to change without notice.
(f) These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
License:
Klariti grants you a limited, personal license to access the Site. The content of the Site may not be reproduced, copied, or used for commercial purposes without written consent from Klariti.
Prices, Payment, and Delivery:
(a) Service charges are based on Klariti’s current price list or written quotes. Klariti is not responsible for pricing errors on the Site.
(b) Klariti may adjust prices due to increased costs and will notify you, offering the option to continue or cancel within seven days.
(c) Payment must be received before Klariti processes your order and issues results. Full payment is required before test results are released.
(d) You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
(e) You confirm that all provided details are accurate, and you have sufficient funds for payment. Klariti may verify payment before proceeding.
(f) Payment processing is handled by a third-party provider, and alternate payment methods may be charged if the primary is declined.
(g) Charges for completed services are final unless Klariti decides otherwise.
Cancellation/Termination, Refunds & Charges Arising:
(a) You may cancel the Contract within three business days of order acceptance by Klariti, provided you send written notice. If Kits are sent, appointments booked, or tests conducted, a non-refundable deposit applies.
(b) Upon valid cancellation, refunds will be processed as soon as possible, typically within 30 days.
(c) If Kits are damaged, Klariti may replace them or issue a refund.
(d) Klariti may cancel orders for reasons such as inaccurate pricing or payment issues.
(e) Delivery dates are approximate, and Klariti is not liable for delays.
(f) If an analysis error occurs, Klariti may offer a re-analysis or refund at its discretion.
Non-Refundable Affiliate Fees and Promotion Disclaimer:
All affiliate fees paid to Klariti are non-refundable under any circumstances. Klariti is not obligated to promote or assist in facilitating sales for any partner’s business. While we may offer guidance and support, any promotional efforts are at Klariti’s sole discretion and are not guaranteed to influence the success of the partner’s business.
Your Responsibilities:
(a) By purchasing our Service, you agree to provide accurate biological samples according to the Kit instructions. You affirm that any samples submitted belong to you, or if provided for another, that you have legal authorization.
(b) It is advised that you seek independent legal counsel regarding the legality of using samples from others.
(c) You confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract and are legally permitted to use our services.
(d) You certify that you are of sound mind and fully understand the Service you are purchasing.
(e) You agree to comply with all relevant laws when using the Site or Service.
(f) You confirm that you are not an insurance company or employer seeking information on an insured person or employee.
(g) You acknowledge that results from the Service may be unexpected or emotionally challenging.
(h) You understand you have no rights to any research or commercial products that may arise from your sample and will not receive compensation.
(i) You agree not to use the Service results for discriminatory or illegal purposes.
Account Creation, Customer Account, Passwords, and Security:
(a) To access test results, you must create an account on the Klariti Site. You agree to provide accurate, current information and update it as necessary. Failure to provide accurate information may result in account suspension or termination.
(b) You are solely responsible for all activities under your account and agree not to share your credentials. Report any unauthorized access to Klariti immediately. Klariti is not liable for losses due to unauthorized account use.
(c) Test results will be provided via email, and you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality. If third parties access your results, you may be held liable. Notify Klariti of unauthorized access, but Klariti is not liable for any damages resulting from your failure to maintain confidentiality.
Privacy and Disclosure:
We handle personally identifiable information submitted through the Site or Service in accordance with Klariti’s Privacy Policy, which we encourage you to review before using our services.
Restrictions:
(a) You are prohibited from attempting to breach the Site’s security, including accessing unauthorized data, testing vulnerabilities, or introducing harmful software.
(b) Additionally, you agree not to:
• Violate any applicable laws or disrupt others’ use of the Site.
• Damage or impair the Site’s functionality.
• Use automated tools to access the Site without consent.
• Interfere with the Site’s operations in any way.
Except for personally identifiable information, any material or content you upload to the Site, including feedback, ideas, or suggestions (“User Generated Content”), will be considered non-confidential. Klariti assumes no obligation for User Generated Content and retains the right to use it without compensation. By submitting such content, you grant Klariti all intellectual property rights and agree that Klariti may use it for any purpose.

Klariti’s Site may include links to third-party websites. Klariti does not control or endorse the content or accuracy of these external sites and assumes no liability for any related damages.
General Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability:
(a) Klariti does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site. Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
(b) Klariti does not guarantee that test results will be accepted for legal purposes; seek legal advice for such matters.
(c) To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klariti is not liable for any damages resulting from the Service or use of the Site.
(d) Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site or Service is to stop using them. Our maximum liability is limited to $150 or the amount paid for the Service, whichever is less.
(e) Any claims related to the Site or Service must be filed within one year of the issue.
(f) These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights.
Copyright and Monitoring:
All materials on the Site are owned by Klariti or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may download materials solely for personal use or to place orders with Klariti, but reproduction or distribution without consent is prohibited.
Third-Party Rights:
These Conditions do not grant any third-party beneficiary rights, except to Klariti’s affiliates, directors, and representatives.
Agreement to Arbitrate:
By using the Site or Service, both parties agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration. This includes all claims, regardless of when they arose. Arbitration will follow JAMS rules, with both parties waiving the right to class actions. Costs will be shared, and the arbitrator’s decision is final and binding.
General:
These Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and Klariti, superseding any prior terms. Notices to Klariti should be sent via email to information@klariti.com. Klariti is not responsible for any failures outside of its control. Any unenforceable provision will be replaced with an enforceable one, and waivers of any provisions do not affect other rights.
